INVENTORY
Empowerella offers a range of handcrafted and handmade lighting, each piece individually finished and assembled by hand in-house. While some components (such as wiring, fittings and bulbs) are professionally sourced for safety, all wiring, detailing and finishing are carried out by our team to create a unique, artisan-quality product.
By purchasing from Empowerella, you agree to the following terms and conditions, governed by the laws of Scotland.
All Empowerella products are handcrafted and handmade, therefore may include natural variations in colour, texture or finish. These variations are a normal part of the creative process and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
Product descriptions and images on our website are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur due to screen display settings and the handmade nature of our products.
WARRANTY/RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Here at Empowerella, Please note all items are tried, tested and certified by an approved Electrician to the highest standard. In the event of returning an item please follow the below terms;

A refund does not apply if any items have been incorrectly fitted. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all items purchased from Empowerella have been correctly installed by an approved Electrician or a competent person and in accordance with the instructions supplied.

Empowerella does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with the handmade appearance or design of an item.

All products are sold as seen and described.

Full refund is only applicable on items returned within 14 days of purchase in their original unopened box and returned to us with no writing or labels attached, including all internal protective materials such as bubble wrap packing peanuts. If the original box or packaging has been opened, damaged or discarded, a £35 repackaging and handling fee will apply. This covers the cost of replacing materials, additional inspection and safe reboxing. If the packaging is missing or the item is not securely returned, Empowerella reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct reasonable costs from any applicable refund.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Consumable items such as bulbs are not covered under our fault policy.

We may ask for clear photographs or a short video to assess the issue.

All items purchased from Empowerella carry a 1 year warranty from purchase date. If your item fails in this time we will organise a courier to collect the item. Upon receiving this our team of electrical engineers will examine and test for any faults. If any faults are present they will be rectified and sent back within a 21 day period. If no fault is present the purchaser will be liable for all return postage of a fee of £50 for labour and testing fees.
LIABITY & COMPENSATION
Empowerella takes great care in providing the highest quality of products and free from defects. However, we are not liable for any broken or damaged goods that you have purchased from us caused by the purchasers misuse or error. This includes any loss of income/profits that may result in any misuse.
Our liability policy is constricted to the repair of any faulty goods in relation to our warranty/return policy, by purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
INSTALLATION
All items purchased from Empowerella must be installed by an approved electrician or competent person. We inform that incorrect installation of any of our products will void your product guarantee and may put yourself and others in danger.

We will also not accept liability for personal or property damages caused by improper installation of product sold.
